Mike Roberts is serving as the Second Vice President of the TBA, making him the association’s highest ranking associate member. His success as a leader amongst the associates contributed to him being selected as TBA’s Associate of the Year (2014). At the TBA, he served as last year’s as a Third Vice President and has served multiple terms on the Governmental Affairs Committee.
He is married to the love of his life Tara Greene Craft, and has two beautiful daughters Whitney Roberts Eubanks and Caylan Roberts.  He and his wife and their expanding family enjoy spending quality time together enjoying the great outdoors.

During his tenure with the association, Will was voted as the 1990 Builder of Year and the Hall of Fame in 1997 and has worked alongside FHBA staff and counsel to co-author the FHBA Standardized New Home Contract used by members throughout the state.  Will founded his company in April 1990 and has since built New South Homes into an award-winning company dedicated to providing building excellence in both residential and commercial construction.
