Secretary Brian Will
Brian Will, CIP, CAPS of New South Homes, Inc. is no stranger to the depth of skills needed to be part of the senior leadership team of TBA having served as TBA President in 1993 and again in 2008. During his tenure with the association, Will was voted as the 1990 Builder of Year and was inducted into the TBA Housing Hall of Fame in 1997 (TBA’s Highest Honor for both a builder and an associate) and has served as an FHBA Builder Director representing the association and its members on state committees and he worked alongside FHBA staff and counsel to co-author the FHBA Standardized New Home Contract used by members throughout the state.
Will founded his company in April 1990 and has since built New South Homes into an award-winning company dedicated to providing building excellence in both residential and commercial construction. Since its inception, he has won many awards for design excellence including winning Remodeler Showcase Awards in 2005-2008 and again in 2013; received Parade of Homes awards each year he has entered a home and New South Homes was the first building company to enter a Remodeled Home into the Parade of Homes.
Having lived in Tallahassee since late 1973. Will has raised his boys, D. Owen Will (17) a junior at Community Christian School and B. Zachary (19) who works alongside his dad at NSH, Inc. Together as a family, they volunteer side-by-side with many local charities and missions.
